-LOST/STOLEN Packages-

If your package has been confirmed as “delivered” and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured so you must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. They will investigate to determine the delivery. Please note we would only issue a refund/replacement if your package never reached a “delivered” status.

-High Risk Orders-

Please note we do not process any orders that our vendor flags as “high risk” or a potentially fraudulent transaction. We will automatically cancel and refund the order.
