SHIPPING POLICY

Once orders are shipped, delivery is out of our control. If your tracking says ‘delivered’ but you don’t see it, please check with USPS

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Economy (5-8 Business Days): $5
Express (1-2 Buisness Days): $15

2. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 2 business days) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been
handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about
canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

5. DELAYED ORDERS Refunds are not provided for delayed orders. Our team is actively working to process and ship every pending order as quickly as possible.

You will receive regular updates regarding your order status via the email provided at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS GlowAni is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the
shipping provider.
